The Graduate Leadership Institute (GLI) is LEAD360’s premiere leadership experience designed exclusively for graduate students to network and build community across industries while enhancing their proficiency in the global leadership competencies necessary to catalyze their career advancement. GLI is currently our only program offered across the global network, open virtually to graduate students from all campuses!

 GLI is a totally FREE program that is offered to all current Northeastern graduate students. GLI participants are required to attend weekly workshops, during which they will have the opportunity to interact with other students and practice their leadership skills through fun, collaborative activities and discussions. Participants will learn more about themselves as leaders and better understand the ways in which they can contribute to their teams, industries, and communities. The application deadline for the Fall 2025 semester is 9/19/2025 at 5:00 PM PST, or once all spaces are filled.

Information Sessions!

Megan & Sam will host two information sessions for students to learn more about GLI. You can register here

September 9th (in person): 2-2:30pm

September 17th (virtual): 4:30-5pm

You are not required to register for an information session, please feel free to drop by the in person information session

Application decisions will be sent to students by no later than Friday Sept 26, 2025.
