Connection Opportunities

Forming connections, exploring interests, and stepping out of your comfort zone will increase your career opportunities and help you develop a foundation in maintaining a  work/life balance.

Cultural Engagement and Programming

The Student Affairs team hosts a wide range of activities and programs focused on a variety of topics, including community involvement, cultural learning, self-care, leadership exploration, and professional development. We host events, workshops, panel discussions, and additional student activities that support student success and learning within each of the program areas.

Getting Involved

A Student Interest Group, or SIG, is a group of students who have agreed to come together around a specific topic of interest. They are informal student groups that are started on the Seattle regional campus. Seattle Student Affairs keeps a list of all current SIGs and their Officers. SIGs are not currently recognized as official student clubs by the Graduate Student Government at Northeastern University.
